Eric Love, President
of Grace Ventures, Inc. received an Architectural Engineering degree
from Southern Polytechnic State University. After graduating in 1992,
Eric worked for two Atlanta area production builders (The Housing Group
and David Bock Homes) as a purchasing manager before starting Grace
Ventures, Inc. in 1996. Having a keen eye for detail allowed Eric to
build his reputation from the custom home side of the business, which in
turn has complemented the production side of his business. With over 15
years experience in the Atlanta homebuilding market, Eric puts a great
deal of emphasis on value and energy efficiency on every home he and his
associates builds.

Chad brings over 12 years experience to the Grace Ventures team.
He has worked with some of Atlanta's larger home builders including
Patrick Malloy Communities, Vision Built Homes, Morrison Homes, and
South Life Communities. Chad
handles all field related construction activities and warranty in Carter Grove
Plantation and Georgian Park and has been a member of the Grace Ventures
team for 2 years. |
