Our main line of business is production building with quality craftsmanship and energy efficiency being the two most important elements of our homes.  We are more known for our willingness to customize our homes to create a home the way you would live in it, not how an architect wants you to live in it.  Through our extensive pre-construction meeting, we work with you to incorporate your preferences into your new home.  During construction we meet with you to insure the changes are the way you envisioned them before we put the finishing touches on your new home.

Build On Your Lot

If you have a lot and just need a builder, Grace Ventures, Inc can accommodate your needs.  We established our reputation in the building business by building on other people's lots.  We can do anything from design/build to customizing a plan you already have in mind before construction begins.  Our BOYL program works on a cost plus a percentage basis. 

Custom Homes

Grace Ventures, Inc. has completed custom homes from $650,000 to $3,000,000.  From large acreage estates to individual lot/subdivision custom homes, we are just as comfortable in the custom arena as we are with production projects.

If you have an addition, deck, porch, or basement that you need added to your home, please feel free to contact us.  We are frequently asked by our customers to come back and finish or add things after closing to enhance the usability of the home.
